How Does the Discovery Call Process Work?
Our Discovery Call is a free, 15-minute phone consultation with one of our dietitians to help determine if we're the right fit for your needs. During this call, we’ll explain our consultation process and what to expect, discuss your health goals, and address any questions you may have, including those about health insurance coverage.

Do You Offer In-Person Consultations?
Yes! We are located at Pharmasave Port Credit (49 Mississauga Rd N, Mississauga, ON). Open on Mondays.
If you're outside this region, no need to worry—our clinic also offers fully virtual services across Ontario.

What is Your Booking & Cancellation Policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations or modifications with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Does my health insurance cover your services?
Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your insurance provider. These services are typically listed under "paramedical services." Be sure to review the annual reimbursement maximum and whether the plan fully covers each session.
Individual insurance receipts can be provided for reimbursement purposes with your insurance provider.
